MISSION: Home Depot Happiness

My dad calls me Bob Villa-ette. I love to do home improvement stuff. I’m not awesome at it, but I like it. When I was younger and lived at home, I used to help my dad around the house all the time. I grew fond of being called Bob Villa-ette. So a home improvement store is like a wonderland of pure joy for me. I love that Affiliated Agent P decided to do a mission there. How fun!

Just last night I performed a mission of kindness at the local Home Depot. I had purchsed some very lovely smelling shea butter soap at the florist earlier in the day. The box said “Be Happy” and I thought, “How fitting?!”

While we were at the Home Depot store I decided to leave this gift in the ladies’ room with a note attached. The front said:

This is for You! Yes, you!

Inside it said:

Sometimes life gets to be too hectic and we feel unappreciated. This is for you just because. Enjoy!

I also wrote Be Kind, No Exceptions on the top flap.

This seems to be the time of year when everyone is a little more rushed, and a little less kind, so I thought an act of kindness would be a great thing to do. I really hope that someone found this and it made them smile just a little wider that day.
